Information collected and why

Our hosting provider receives technical information needed to deliver the website and may keep request logs, including IP address, browser information, requested pages, and access times, for operation, troubleshooting, and security.

Analytics and advertising tools can receive page addresses, referring websites, campaign parameters, cookie or device identifiers, browser and device details, approximate location, visit times, and website interactions. We use these tools to understand event-page traffic, measure advertising, and reach people interested in the event.

If you contact us, we receive the contact details and message you provide and use them to respond and handle your request. This event page has no account-registration or payment form.

Google Analytics and Meta Pixel

• Google Analytics 4: helps measure visits, sessions, traffic sources, and interactions. Depending on account settings, Google may also measure interactions such as scrolling, outbound links, and downloads. • Meta Pixel: sends page visits and clicks on ticket-checkout links to Meta for Facebook and Instagram advertising measurement and audience creation. A checkout event means a ticket-link click, not a sale. Clicking a ticket link sends a checkout-start event to Google and Meta, including the event ticket identifier, checkout destination, and which button was used. This event page does not currently report completed purchases, order revenue, or server-side Conversions API events. We will update this policy if that changes.

Our event-page tracking code does not intentionally send your name, email address, or payment-card details to Google or Meta.

Cookies and your choices

Google Analytics may use first-party cookies such as _ga and _ga_* to distinguish visits and sessions. Meta may use cookies such as _fbp and _fbc and related identifiers to match website activity with ads and accounts. Providers may use other cookies according to their settings and policies.

SpotHopper checkout and other services

Ticket links open SpotHopper's checkout on products.spothopperapp.com. SpotHopper and its payment providers handle information you enter there, which may include your name, email, billing information, and order details. They may provide order information to us to fulfill tickets and assist customers. Our event page does not collect payment-card details. See SpotHopper's Privacy Policy and any notices shown at checkout.

Google Fonts supplies the typefaces on this website. Loading them sends Google technical request information, such as your IP address and browser details. Following links to maps, our main restaurant website, or other services is subject to those services' privacy notices.

The celebration video is hosted with this website. The calendar button creates a download on your device; it does not give us access to your calendar.
